FT. LAUDERDALE, FL [June 8, 2023] – Pivot Parking is proud to announce the promotion of two longstanding executives to the titles of Co-Founders. Brandon Lauterbach, based in Richmond, Virginia, and Tina Reid, based in Greenville, South Carolina, currently Executive Vice Presidents, have served the Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina markets since Pivot’s founding in 2020. As Pivot enters the next phase of their growth strategy, Lauterbach and Reid will help oversee the onboarding of several new corporate employees and geographic areas to the Pivot Parking roster.

Lauterbach is a 20-year industry veteran with experience in private and public parking operations including valet, municipal, Class A commercial, residential, mixed-use developments, surface lots, events, hospitality, and consulting. At Pivot Parking, he oversees operations, client service and retention, and business development, all with an eye on the latest technologies and key industry collaborators. Lauterbach is a Certified Parking Professional (CPP) and was a prior recipient of the National Parking Association’s 40 under 40 Award.

Reid has managed all verticals of parking operations throughout her career from commercial and office garages and surface lots to large scale event operations as well as hospitality, medical valet, and municipal operations. Her 17-year tenure has led her to have a specialty in municipal operations, both on-street and off-street, with an emphasis on coastal communities and complex mixed-use developments involving residential, office, retail, hospitality, and valet. Her wealth of knowledge and dedication to industry technology advancements regarding automation, plate recognition, enforcement, and contactless payment platforms has enabled Pivot to stay a step above when implementing paid parking environments. Reid is a Certified Parking Professional (CPP) and is a member of the Carolinas Parking & Mobility Association, Women in Parking, the National Parking Association (NPA) and the International Parking and Mobility Institute (IPMI).
