Levine Properties Teams Up with Pivot Parking to Bring Smart Parking Technology to 12 Charlotte Locations  

Levine Properties has partnered with Pivot Parking to manage all 12 of its parking locations in Charlotte, 10 in the First Ward section of the Center City and two in the Plaza Midwood commercial district. As of March 1, Pivot oversees the full Levine Properties parking portfolio, bringing advanced technology to the operation, including license plate recognition (LPR) cameras and real-time data analytics designed to improve efficiency, performance, and customer experience.

 The upgrades will also make parking easier for drivers, with mobile Scan-to-Pay and flexible hourly, monthly, and event parking options, all integrated into one seamless platform. 

 The Center City locations provide convenient access to popular destinations, including Spectrum Center, First Ward Park, UNC Charlotte Center City, ImaginOn, and the LYNX Blue Line. 

 The partnership reflects Pivot Parking’s continued growth in Charlotte and Levine Properties’ focus on using technology and data to improve parking operations across its portfolio.
