LOCATION ANNOUNCEMENT We are proud to share that Pivot Parking has been awarded the parking management contract for The Gallery at Beach Place in Fort Lauderdale, FL! We’ll manage over 800 parking spaces, serving visitors to the vibrant food, shopping, and entertainment hub, as well as beachgoers and guests of Marriott’s Beach Place Towers. With our world-class technology, including License Plate Recognition software and dedicated customer service, we’re committed to providing a seamless and efficient parking experience.  

We’re proud to announce another new property that we now manage: The Neuhoff District in Nashville, TN! This property is a historic adaptive reuse project along the bank of the Cumberland River with over 914,000 sq ft of retail, residential, and office space and 2,100 parking spots, including car and bike valet services; we’re ready to provide top-notch parking solutions!
