The garage has entrances on AIA, Cortez Street, and Sea Breeze Blvd. Convenient Parking for CVS, Marriott BeachPlace, Ritz Carlton, Elbow Room, and all restaurants on the AIA

The garage has entrances on the north side of Cortez Street, just off the AIA and Sea Breeze Blvd. Additional entrances are located on the AIA and SeaBreeze Blvd.

Beach Place Parking Rates and Hours of Operation

At Beach Place Parking Garage, we’re proud to provide an excellent parking experience. Parking rates commence at the time you enter the garage and receive your ticket.

2026 Daily Self-Parking Rates

• 0-1 hour – $10
• 1-1.5 hours – $15
• 1.5-2 hours – $20
• 2-2.5 hours – $30
• 2.5-3 hours – $40
• 3-24 hours – $50

Monthly Parking Pass

The Monthly Parking Pass is our most popular Beach Place parking program. Enjoy guaranteed and unlimited access to the parking garage – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even when the Beach Place Garage is otherwise full, we will always have a place for your vehicle.

Beach Place Garage’s monthly parking works on a calendar month. Prorated amounts will apply for all monthly programs that start after the first of the month. $15 Proximity card charged on the first month of parking.

Payment Options

Pay with cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Monthly Parking customers may enroll in our Automatic, ACH, or Credit Card Payment plan.

Pay Stations

For your convenience, the Beach Place Parking Garage features four pay stations. There are two Pay On Foot machines located next to the elevators on Level P1 and Level PL, and there are pay stations located at each of the two exits. These pay stations accept all major credit cards and debit cards. For cash-paying patrons, please pay at the pay station located on P1. You can also Text the word, “Pay” to (954) 388-7407 or scan one of the QR codes located in the elevators and throughout the garage to pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Pay-at-Exit Machines

Each of our two exit lanes allows for parking payments using credit and debit cards, as well as prepaid or discounted tickets.
