The Main Garage Parking Rates and Hours of Operation

The garage entrance is located on SE 3rd Avenue, between East Las Olas Boulevard and SE 4th Street. To access it, approach from the north, heading south on SE 3rd Avenue. After crossing East Las Olas Boulevard, make an immediate right turn; do not continue over the bridge.

The Main Parking Garage provides a high-quality parking experience for all guests. Parking rates are calculated from the time of entry upon ticket issuance.

Monthly Parking Pass

Monthly parking at The Main Parking Garage is exclusively available for building tenants and authorized employees. Outside, monthly parking is not accepted. Authorized monthly parkers enjoy assigned access to the garage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to availability and building authorization.

Monthly parking is billed on a calendar-month basis. Prorated charges will apply for programs that begin after the first day of the month.

Pay Stations

For your convenience, The Main Parking Garage features two pay stations located at the exit. One pay station is dedicated exclusively to monthly parkers, while the second pay station is available for both monthly parkers and transient parkers.

These pay stations accept all major credit and debit cards only. Cash payments are not accepted at this location.

Pay-at-Exit Machines

One exit lane allows parking payments using credit and debit cards, as well as prepaid or discounted tickets.
