Austin Ehlers

Austin Ehlers is a seasoned real estate professional with 15 years of experience in both parking and property management. He’s spent the last 12 years working in Charlotte and most recently served as Senior Property Manager at Lincoln Property Company, overseeing a 1.9 million square foot Class A portfolio in Charlotte’s Central Business District. Earlier in his career, Austin worked as Property Manager for Cousins Properties, Assistant Property Manager at Trinity Partners, and Area Manager for Lanier Parking Solutions, where he managed parking operations for mixed-use properties and large events across North Carolina. Austin joined Pivot Parking in October 2024 and is eager to get back to his original roots of parking management.
