Gary Means

With over 28 years in the parking and mobility industry, Gary serves as Executive VP of Municipal and Commercial. He is a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) and also serves as Chair of the IPMI Board. Prior to Pivot Parking, Gary worked for 16 years as the Executive Director of the Lexington & Fayette County Parking Authority. Before his time with the LFCPA, Gary gained 12 years of parking management experience with Central Parking System of KY. Gary and his wife Melissa have two children and four grandchildren and he’s learning to live by the new Golden Rule “Treat others the way “they” want to be treated”.
